Pilot Production Offered by Clearweld

Many applications prefer to run pilot production before investing in capital equipment. We provide the capability to validate the process utilizing a variety of equipment technologies. This assists customers in choosing the appropriate plastic assembly equipment and optimizing the process before a major investment is made.

Utilizing Clearweld's in-house analytical capabilities, material expertise and plastic laser welding know-how, we can eliminate the unknowns and provide you with the confidence to move forward. Should you already own equipment, we can also bring this to our Gentex facility to perform process optimization and pilot production on the system that will ultimately be used for production.

Clearweld can assist in proving repeatability through:

• QA/QC (tensile testing, accelerated aging, environmental tests, IR imaging)
• Part design and fixturing assistance
• Spectral analysis
• An in-house, vertical capability to assist in any issues which may arise
